WASHINGTON, March 3 — A little-noticed guidance document issued to federal agencies on Feb. 18 by the White House’s Office of Management and Budget (OMB) may have a significant impact on the rules governing use of the new stimulus funds.

In a 60-page memo to federal agencies, the Office of Management and Budget spelled out grant funding priorities and requirements that could impact prospective grantees receiving stimulus funding.

WASHINGTON, Sept. 2 - In response to many charter schools' concerns that they might be cut out of the new $10 billion Ed Jobs fund, the U.S. Department of Education yesterday released guidance salving some, although not all, of their worries. (The guidance is appended at the end of this article.)
