ED Issues Title I Guidance for “Ed Jobs” Compliance

WASHINGTON, Nov. 23, 2010 — The U.S. Department of Education (ED) has issued new guidance to help school districts comply with Title I fiscal requirements in situations involving “Ed Jobs” funds. The guidance allows school districts considerable flexibility — as long as they provide a proper paper trail.
