Ed Jobs Guidance: Get the Money Out!

WASHINGTON, Aug. 16 — U.S. Department of Education (ED) guidance makes clear that the $10 billion in just-enacted “Ed Jobs” money must be pushed through to school districts ASAP.

Aside from the permissible state set-aside for administration, states must make all the funds available to local education agencies (LEAs) for the current school year.
