School Construction and Modernization Bond Allocations for 2010 Announced

WASHINGTON, March 19 — The U.S. Treasury allocated $11 billion in bonding authority for 2010 school construction projects among states and large educational agencies, courtesy of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA).
