(Updated 2/19) Special Report, Part II: When Going "Green," Schools Have Plentiful Options
If your school is interested in going "green," its important to get a handle on some key acronyms: LEED, Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design; CHPS, Collaborative for High Performance Schools; and ENERGY STAR, a joint program between the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and the Department of Energy.
